Yodeling

I’ve decided that Yodeling is my new favorite thing.  I must start practicing.  My wife is from Germany.  I wonder if she can yodel.  I’ll try and remember to ask her.
Actually I suspect that even if she knows how she will deny it.  If you haven’t seen this video yet, spare 2 minutes of your day and watch this 11 year old yodeling on American Idol's Got Talent.  I've been advised by a reliable source that this is America's Got Talent regardless of what the people who made the Youtube video would lead you to believe.

  1. God doggit she was adorable! She could prolly have a career in Switzerland ... or Austria. Hahaha. That's amazing. You MUST post video of your wife yodeling. Make her!!! Where did you find this video? Did you just randomly decide to look up yodeling? HA!

Oh, and by the way, that's not American Idol. It's America's Got Talent! :P I suspect you aren't up on pop culture so it's okay!

  2. If you must know, my brother sent it to me. Where he got it, I have no idea. I don't question where gems come from when they are dropped in my lap :-p

I am proud to be ill informed on pop culture!

  3. Uh huh. Your "brother" sent it to you. I see. You didn't spend hours trolling YouTube for this gem of a video? :P

You should be glad to be ill informed on pop culture. Sometimes, I wish I wasn't so up to date. It makes me feel like I don't have a life, haha.

  4. What troubles me about me, is I knew this was from America's Got Talent. Because I've watched this before. On the original show? I don't know. Damn Alzheimer memory loss.

And. Might I add. Yodeling wears on my nerves like bagpipes and accordions.

  5. So what you are telling me is I need to get Jovan to learn to play the bagpipes. I'll play the accordion. We'll start a band where we yodel and play the bagpipes and accordion. It'll be like those gadgets that emit high frequencies to eliminate rodents...
